If you are mulling over spending $50 for the Call of Duty: Elite service, Activision is now giving selected players a chance to make a decision.
A few beta invites have started to roll out for PS3 players, but more will be available once the beta access starts to “activate in stages”.
The COD: Elite will utilize Black Ops, and will test “select features and functionality, including stat tracking, the use of custom player groups, competitive events and video sharing”.
The service will fully debut on November 8 alongside the release of COD: Modern Warfare 3.
