Diablo III closed beta coming soon
“Very close”.
Before the promised Diablo III closed beta goes the path of the Vaporware (and it’s not pretty, ask Duke Nukem), Blizzard has quickly confirmed that, yes, they are still working on it, and in fact, they are “very close” to announcing details.
“We’re getting very close to starting the closed public beta test for Diablo III,” a Blizzard rep told VG247.
“You might start seeing some new reports about the beta client as we’ve begun limited external testing with employees and their families, and there is no non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for that. We look forward to sharing more info about the beta test in the near future. Stay tuned.”
Stay tuned, we are. Once the beta rolls out, we should have some impressions for you. The beta was expected to begin this month, so we have our claws crossed.
In the meanwhile, folks at DiabloFans got hold off some gameplay footage leaked out of the currently on-going ‘family and friends’ beta program. Blizzard said that those who have access to the beta are free to show any portion of it, so here we are.
