There is something happening in the world of Deus Ex: Human Revolution today, at 10PM GMT (2AM in UAE) specifically.
The in-game news ticker is presaging users for a special message, although it doesn’t divulge on the topic a lot.
Speculations are rife over new DLC, or maybe a new game mode. It is also not clear if the ‘message’ applies to console versions as well – this was spotted on the PC version.
