Mass Effect 3 to feature all characters from previous games

Along with a host of new characters, Bioware has promised to bring all of those characters players interacted with in the previous Mass Effect games with Mass Effect 3.
Speaking to D’toid’s rather excited reporter, a BioWare developer said the return of old characters will present players with an opportunity to tie any loose ends. This includes all characters, regardless of importance, and some even from the DLCs as well. Players may not necessarily be able to have them in their squads, but they will be able to “see them, and talk to them, and finish your story with them.”
