My reaction is

Ubisoft yesterday announced a new Ghost Recon title called Ghost Recon Online. The game will be a free-to-play multiplayer shooter title for the PC, and is scheduled to release sometime in Summer.

The game will feature “a rich lobby platform for hosting social and persistent progression features,” along “a full set of services, including regular events and game content updates, customized content based on community feedback, and live support.”
