Rumor: God of War Portable Collection coming to PS3
PSP entries from the franchise set to receive the HD treatment.
The PS3 saw earlier a successful release of God of War Collection, which featured both PS2 entries of the franchise in re-mastered HD. Now, both PSP installments from the series might get the HD treatment.
According to The Magic Box, Sony Taiwan has issued a press release that confirms both God of War: Chain of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta, the two titles from the franchise that released earlier on the PSP, are slated to get the full-HD remake on the PlayStation 3.
The release states the obvious, the collection will get higher resolutions than the original portable debut, as well as enhanced graphics so they’re up to scratch.
The rumor suggests that God of War Portable Collection is slated for release in Asia on July 7, and according to the press release, it’ll feature both English and Chinese language options.
