BenQ Counter Strike 1.6 Tournament at Que Club

Tournament to be held on May 20 and May 21 with a prize of AED 20,000.

Schedule:

Day 1: Friday, 20th of May Opening Ceremony: 4:30PM Tournament starting: 5:00PM
The double elimination brackets for Day 1 will be announced.

Day 2: Saturday, 21st of May
The double elimination brackets for Day 2 will be announced.

RULES: Rules, Prize:

All teams that arrive after 5:00 pm or fails to attend the tournament will be disqualified. And unfortunately the 300 AED deposit will not be refunded.

While the tournament is going on. No spectators, fans, friends or others will be allowed to enter, and that is to help the players have the highest amount of concentration. The tournament will be displayed on a projector in the cafe lounge.

As for the staging the teams will have their names on specified computers which will be reserved for them.

GOLDEN RULE: THERE WILL BE NO TALKING OF ANY KIND BETWEEN TEAMS, only between team players. No team member is allowed to have a verbal communication with the other team while the game is going on. (any team that receives 2 warnings will be disqualified from the tournament ).

5) To make matches more organized, match times will be specified in the double elimination bracket. For example: All Round 1 matches start strictly at 5:15 PM. Round 2 matches start strictly at 7:00 PM and so on. Please note that match schedules will change if necessary.

6) Players MUST SEND an e-mail with download links / attachments to q_clubdubai@yahoo.com if they require 3rd party mouse/keyboard/headset drivers or configuration files or in-game GUI’s or other files.

Game rules:
a) Game Definitions: Match – A game played with each team playing a half match as Counter-Terrorists and the other half as Terrorists. Half – One 15 round map session. Two halves equal a Match. Round – One 1:45 minute cycle on a map.)
b) The map will be decided through the winner of the knife round.
