As a part of the keynote Press Conference from Microsoft at this year’s Consumers Electronic Show, Steve Ballmer discussed the importance and priority of the mobile platform. Next to the Xbox 360 and Windows PC, Microsoft reckons that Windows Phone 7 is a very important asset of its strategy. The press conference focused mainly on the upcoming clutch of new software and games announced to the Windows Phone 7.

The main mobile game announcement was Microsoft’s popular franchise title Fable. However, it was announced that it’s coming to Windows Phone 7 in the form of a portable Golf game. It will be named Fable Coin Golf. All earned gold in the game will be immediately available to your Fable III character on Xbox 360.

Another major game announcement is the latest installment of football Sim’s franchise, Pro Evolution Soccer. Konami announced that they‘d deliver an authentic Windows Phone 7 version of the game created especially for the device. The game will be called PES 2011, and the team even promised to bring the same game experience “in the palm of your hand as the home console versions”

Then during the Conference, Microsoft played a video presenting some of the available and upcoming games to Windows Phone 7.

Other than his excessively biased enthusiasm toward gaming, and technology behind the whole industry, there's a huge fondness inside that drives him nuts to pick up his keyboard and start writing for the love of it.
