Angry Birds [iPhone, Android] – Rovio Games
It is not often that a ‘cellphone’ game takes on the big boys and wins but indie development and digital downloads have taken great strides in the last couple of years. Most of us here spent the better part of the year flinging vexed birds. It kept us entertained during those times of need, such as the snooze-fest that was the FIFA World Cup final.
