Game Dev Story to get sequel, confirms Kairosoft

If you’re one of the many iPhone users who loved Game Dev Story, you’ll be elated to know that developer Kairosoft is planning a sequel to the hit iOS title.
“We will be developing a sequel, but we are not planning on releasing it soon,” a company representative told Toucharcade.
Among the major improvements planned for the sequel is a networking element which will introduce rankings and allow players to transfer employees between each others’ fictional game companies.
“We are thinking of improving the game by adding elements of networking in the sequel, such as sales score rankings and sending employees to a friend’s company, etc.”
Game Dev Story was released in October to wide critical acclaim.
