First Unreal Engine 3 powered game ‘Infinity Blade’ announced for the iPhone

The hack-and-slash game coming on December 9.
The iPhone is not only restricted to flipping birds or doodling around between platforms, it can also produce some intense, visually stunning game as well, as aptly shown by id’s Rage HD. Now, Epic will be unveiling its first Unreal Engine 3 powered game for the iPhone platform with Infinity Blade, an action game developed by Shadow Complex creator Chair Entertainment.
Infinity Blade, priced at $5.99, is an “action-RPG sword fighting adventure” scheduled to release on December 9, 2010. The game will available on the iPhone 4, iPad, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3 and iPod Touch 4.
